Depending on the venue and your requirements, this fee may include a range of options and extras, such as tea or coffee upon arrival, mid-morning and afternoon tea and coffee, a full lunch, venue hire and the supply of all standard conferencing equipment.

In line with global trends, we also offer a range of green conference options at selected venues. Perfect for the company with a conscience striving to keep its carbon footprint as small as possible, we can even arrange that only 100% bio-degradable or compostable conference material – such as pens, notepads and tablecloths – are used!
